Toyota Corolla warranty in MyToyota app

I have a Toyota Corolla Touring Sport (E210). The car recently reached 1 year old, and I have both the 10-year warranty and Toyota service but not Service Plus. Generally, my seller recommended going later rather than earlier in the first year if I don’t hit 15,000 kilometers before the end of the year.

The My Toyota app showed that my service was due in June 2026. But there’s actually a specific date when the service is due. In my case, it was June 27th. Starting June 28th, the myToyota app indicated that the car was overdue for service.

For maintenance purposes, the one-year period begins on the vehicle’s delivery date, not the registration date or any repair date recorded prior to delivery.

I had my car serviced on June 29th. Already during the day I started to have the entry “Hybrid Health Check”.

On June 30th, I began the entrance process for the performed maintenance concurrently with the “hybrid health check.”

Finally, on July 1st, service and maintenance resumed normal operations and no longer displayed the warning.

Mostly I was wondering how this looks and how it’s supposed to look. This is why I’m documenting it here.

As I’m located in Switzerland, this warranty should increase to 15 years and 250,000 if I understand Toyota Switzerland correctly.
